la serata del 26 Aprile al Blah Blah vedrà in azione la pittrice americana residente a Vienna Nicole M Boitos, autrice di still lives - dipinti che per sua stessa definizione "catturano l'attimo immediatamente succesivo a quello in cui un atto è stato compiuto, quando l'inerzia finisce, le persone diventano oggetti, la bellezza si cristallizza nella forma delle figure e l'identità risulta indifferente"- già nota nell'ambiente musicale per gli artwork di Michael Gira/The Body Lovers/Swans, James Blackshaw, Human Greed, Neurosis, A Storm of Light e Red Sparowes tra gli altri, impegnata in un azione di live painting dove darà vita in tempo reale ad un dipinto accompagnata dalle musiche semi-improvvisate per percussioni, chitarra, effetti e viola elettrica eseguite dal vivo da Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo e Marco "Bue" Schiavo entrambi membri della cult band torinese Larsen, nonchè attivi in altri mille progetti e curatori della rassegna aBnomalie.
Venerdì 27 Aprile alle ore 20:00 presso lo studio di tatuaggi AB normal di via Barbaroux 5 a Torino inaugurerà quindi la mostra personale di Nicole Boitos

On the evening of April 26 aBnomalie (see: http://my.zero.eu/OFFbooking/propongo/evento/26410,abnomalie) will hold its third appointment hosting the only event of the American painter (residing in Vienna) Nicole M Boitos, author of the works: Still Lives, defined in her own words as, "not about violence, but that moment precisely after an act has been committed – when inertia ends and person becomes object. The consequent stillness renders the act itself inconsequential. Any specifics to the cause are intentionally vague, and the exclusion of details engages the viewer as a participant". Already known in the music world for her work with Michael Gira/The Body Lovers/Swans, James Blackshaw, Human Greed, Neurosis, A Storm of Light and Red Sparrowes among others, Boitos will perform an action of live painting where she will produce a painting in real time accompanied by a semi-improvised percussion, guitar, effects and electric viola live performance of Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo and Marco "Bue" Schiavo, both members of the cult Turinian band Larsen as well as being active in thousands of other projects and the curators of the aBnomalie review.
The opening of the personal exhibition of Nicole M Boitos will be held on Friday April 27 at 8:00pm in the tattoo studio AB Normal in via Barbaroux 5, Torino.
